Delete your account and data

You can delete your Sabiqu account and all data linked to it at any time, directly inside the app or by emailing us.

Delete inside the app (fastest)

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. In the “More” tab choose “حذف حسابي” (Delete my account).
3. Type the word «حذف» to confirm, then tap “حذف نهائي” (Delete permanently). The account is deleted immediately.

Or by email

1. Email support@sabequ.com with the subject “Account deletion request”.
2. Include the email address you used to sign up, and send it from that same address so we can confirm you own the account.
3. We will confirm receipt, complete the deletion within 30 days at most, and write to you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile.
• Your hall memberships and join requests.
• Your challenge entries, private wird and notification settings.
• Device tokens used for notifications.
• Verification documents you uploaded (if any).

What may remain

• Messages you wrote in halls are deleted.
• Moderation records needed to protect the platform are kept without your name.
• Backups are erased automatically in their normal cycle.

If you own a hall, ownership passes automatically to its longest-standing member (the hall is deleted if you are its only member). Challenges and announcements you created in other people’s halls stay under the hall owner.
